Yes, the TAKE A No# Customer App is free.
Simply scan the QR code at the service provider’s location for quick and efficient verification and enjoy your service.
Download the app and install it. Sign up with the required fields given, you will receive an OTP enter it. Now you are successfully registered into the customer App. Once registered update your profile and you can also add your family members too.
Yes, you can cancel the booking by clicking on the Cancel Token button and you will receive an email regarding the same.
No, they don’t have to register.
Yes, it works on both platforms.
After logging into the App, You can select the desired service providers. Booking options are provided in that and select the service you need and click continue. The booking page will open, select your desired date and time, and confirm, a new token will be generated along with a QR code scanner.
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation mail.

FAQ Vendor App

TAKE A No# Vendor App is meant for Service providers, where they can list services, add dates and time slots, and attract a large number of customers to book services online.
Download and install it from the Play Store for Android and the App Store for iPhone.
After installing the Vendor App, Sign up with the required fields given, you will receive an OTP enter it. Now you are successfully registered into the Vendor App. Once registered update your profile and list down your services, add date and time slot where customers can book.
At the bottom of your Home page, you will find the Services option, and it will be redirected to the Add Service option. Here you can add multiple services, its details, date and time slot etc.
It is free for 6 months, then a subscription is required.
We accept all Cerdit cards, Wallets and Paypal.
At the bottom of your Home page Walk-In option is available, and it will be redirected to the Walk-In Slot option, where you can add client details, services, and time slots they have opted for. Finally, click the Book Now option and the service is booked.
You can add up to 5 services for free and then a Subscription is needed.
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation mail.
